THE NEURONARRATIVE METHOD

Understand the pattern.
Change your relationship to it.

The NeuroNarrative Method is my framework for exploring how your life experiences, interpretations, and familiar roles shape the way you live now.

We connect the story you have lived with the choices you want to make next.

We look beneath the repeated response: the meanings you give experiences, the beliefs you carry about yourself, and the ways you learned to find safety, connection, or value. Then we work toward a more flexible, intentional way of living.

01

Discovery

Make room for the whole story.

We listen to your history, your current struggles, your strengths, and your hopes. Your timeline helps us see the chapters and turning points together.

02

Analysis & Assumption

Find the beliefs beneath the response.

We explore possible connections between experiences, core wounds, and protective roles. We ask questions, test interpretations, and make room for what does not fit.

03

Confrontation & Liberation

Question what has felt unquestionable.

We examine inherited rules and familiar beliefs with honesty and care. You begin practicing responses that give your needs, values, and voice more room.

04

Visioning & Creation

Build a life you want to live.

We turn what you are learning into specific choices, relationships, boundaries, and practices. The focus moves toward how you want ordinary life to feel and function.

What do I mean by a core wound?

I use this phrase to explore painful meanings you may carry about yourself, such as “I am not enough,” “My needs do not matter,” or “I cannot trust anyone.” We explore these meanings together and look at how they may influence your present choices.

Where do personas fit?

A persona is a familiar role you recognize in yourself. Naming it gives us a starting point. Your own story helps us understand its context, purpose, and cost.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

You don’t have to have
all the words yet.

Tell me who you are, what feels familiar, and what you want to change. We can begin there.
