REFLECTION & PRACTICE

What has helped you keep going?

Give your existing strengths and sources of support the attention they deserve.

Understanding your struggles also means noticing the abilities, people, and practices that have supported you.

Take a wider view

  1. Recall a manageable challenge you navigated. What helped?
  2. Name one strength you used: persistence, humor, discernment, kindness, creativity, or the ability to ask for help.
  3. Who or what provided support?
  4. Where is that strength already present in your life today?
  5. Choose a small way to use it intentionally this week.

You do not need to find a lesson or a gift in a painful experience to recognize your strengths.
